Information for Diamond Diploma
Learn how to grade diamonds to laboratory standards using the 4 C’s. This course covers the theory of diamonds as well as practical grading and identification skills. This course will take place on Tuesdays or Thursday evenings week commencing the 14th of October.

 

Detailed Description

Gem-A Diamond Diploma course will be running on Tuesday or Thursday evenings – date to be confirmed next week, from 5:30 to 8:00pm within the Gemmology Department (housed in the Assay Office on Icknield Street), starting week commencing 7th of October. This is subject to reaching sufficient numbers.

On completion of the Diamond Diploma graduates can grade diamonds professionally for their colour, clarity and cut.

The total cost for the course will be £3175.00. This price covers Gem-A notes, equipment, sample stones, and exam fees & your tutor.


Total price with extra Simplified Chinese notes or extra Traditional Chinese notes = £3505
