This voucher entitles you to attendance and participation in a single CPD Microsoft Office course advertised and run by Birmingham City University. This includes the training materials, practice test and a certification voucher for any exam in the Microsoft Office Specialist suite. These must be valid certifications delivered by Certiport and be from the categories of the Office 2016 exams or Office 2019/365 exams.

Please note this voucher DOES NOT entitle you to a retake of the certification voucher. Each sit of an exam requires a separate voucher.
