Mapping your user journey is an essential tool that allows you to visualise the ‘happy’ points and ‘pain’ points for users in your service or a brand offering. The workshops are highly collaborative, engaging and interactive.

In this course, you will develop the skills of visualising the user's experience and create a map of the user's journey. The user journey mapping methods are an essential part of storytelling, especially if you are a brand that wants to deliver an engaging service or  experience.

The highly interactive, collaborative, and engaging workshop takes you on a discovery of user experience, why a user would return to your brand or service. The workshops will allow you to critically assess processes, experiences, and services and identify where you need to make changes.

User journey maps are an essential tool for business success as it communicates the gaps in the experience in a creative but straightforward manner. 

You’ll learn from our team of commercially active staff, who ensure the content stays industry-relevant.

You will learn from examples and case studies of successful user journey maps from companies such as Philips, design council, Nokia, Airbus, Highway England.

You will have the chance to create your own user journey map with guidance from experts in the field. You will be working in collaboration with a diverse set of students and tutors to brain storm ideas on providing excellent user experience. You will take charge of your learning on this course by tailoring your education focused on your career goal.
